September is here in Red Bluff, CA! While fall officially begins this month, those of us in Tehama County know the warm weather may stick around a little longer. ☀️ Still, September brings a change of pace—school routines are settling in, football is back, and a new season is right around the corner.

I’m Sean Rix, your local State Farm Agent in Red Bluff. I’m also a husband, father of two boys, and proud member of this community. I’ve been with State Farm since 2007 and opened my agency in 2011. Giving back to the community that supports us is important to me, including through my work as a Director of the Red Bluff Tehama County Chamber of Commerce.

September is also Life Insurance Awareness Month, and as a husband and dad, this one feels especially meaningful. Life insurance is really about the people you love and helping prepare for the unexpected. Whether your family has grown, life has changed, or it’s simply been a while since you reviewed your coverage, my team and I are always here to answer questions.

This month, we’ll also celebrate Labor Day and pause on September 11 to remember the lives lost and honor the courage and service shown that day.
